Formerly Managing Partner of Wintec Partners, a midmarket investment banking firm which merged with QuantumWave in the spring of 2010, Paul has more than two decades of transactional and advisory experience with a portfolio of highly successful companies including PC30, Business & Décision and Nuxeo.
He has also served as a board member or board adviser to a number of leading public and private technology companies, including Gemplus, Innovatron, AudioSmartCard, and A Novo.
Paul began his career as an auditor at Arthur Andersen.
He graduated with a Masters in Business Administration from the École des Hautes Études Commerciales de Paris (HEC), and a Masters Degree in Business Law from Pantheon-Assas Paris II University.
